FREMONT, CA: The latest innovation of Gallagher’s, the Proximity and Contact Tracing Report, supports organizations to contact trace during the COVID-19 pandemic quickly and efficiently. The security technology manufacturer is renowned across the world for several developments. The newest is the software feature to help enterprises protect the health and safety of the staff while on site.

By using the Gallagher Command Centre’s robust reporting capabilities, the Proximity and Contact Tracing Report allows businesses to rapidly and accurately identify areas where employees who are either confirmed or suspected to have been infected by COVID-19, have been on the site. The new tool also identified other cardholders who have shared these areas with the infected employees, within the exposure time limit. Having this information will give businesses an upper hand to gain critical insights that are required to take swift measures and make sure the other people are safe.

“We are constantly working to reimagine the way we keep people, their assets, and the spaces they value, safe,” says Rachel Kelly, Chief Product Officer of Enterprise Solutions at Gallagher. “In this situation, we were driven to help protect our customers’ wellbeing during this time. As businesses around the world work to recover from the impact of COVID-19, this report gives organizations the confidence they need to react quickly and mitigate risk with any exposure on site.”

In addition to this, Gallagher, who is recognized as one of the Top 10 Security Solution Providers - 2020 by Government CIO Outlook magazine, has been supporting its customers with several projects during the outbreak of COVID-19. “Security solutions play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of staff,” says Kelly. “From setting zone limits to ensure social distancing, to modifying readers to offer contactless access control, we’re working to ensure our customers continue to leverage off our feature-rich and innovative security ecosystem – from small businesses through to the world’s most secure facilities.”

Gallagher’s Proximity and Contact Tracing Report is available at present, free of cost, to all the customers of the company, holding a valid Command Centre License.
