Gallagher Launches Gallagher Care Plan

Customers will have access to additional value and incentives through Care Plan, including a five-year hardware warranty extension on selected Gallagher security solutions, giving them complete warranty cover for up to ten years.

FREMONT, CA: Gallagher, a global security manufacturer, has announced the launch of Gallagher Care Plan, a customized framework and support package designed to provide Software Maintenance customers with substantially more value. Customers will have access to additional value and incentives through Care Plan, including a five-year hardware warranty extension on selected Gallagher security solutions, giving them complete warranty cover for up to ten years. Gallagher will provide a Care Plan to consumers in their Software Maintenance program at no discount, as it has done with a range of recent product and service offerings.

Gallagher is recognized as Govt CIO Outlook’s “Top 10 Security Solution Providers–2020”. Gallagher Care Plan was created in response to Gallagher’s Voice of the Customer program, which identified an opportunity to help consumers refine their device setup, gain a better understanding of Gallagher solutions, and gets the most out of their investment through Gallagher Care Plan. Customers will have access to support in four main areas through this new initiative: product launches and warranties, training, consulting services, and growth – in addition to the support and service offerings provided by their integrator.

As part of Gallagher’s dedication to product training and education, Gallagher Care Plan provides online and in-person training courses to help consumers develop a better understanding of how their security system functions, allowing them to use their solution to its full potential for their site’s specific needs.

Over 7,000 security practitioners from around the world have participated in Gallagher’s online training certifications in the last year. Customer operator and management training will continue to be provided free of charge via Care Plan, with new online courses being added regularly.
