Fremont, CA: The environmental, health and safety (EHS) software platform, Encamp raises $3.1 million in Series A round of funding. The Series A round was led by Allos Ventures and High Alpha Capital, along with the participation of IU Ventures. The funds raised will be utilized to extend the development of the Encamp platform. In addition to the investments, David Kerr, managing director at Allos Ventures, and Mike Fitzgerald, partner at High Alpha, will become the members of Encamp's board of directors.
Encamp simplifies the way to manage EHS documents, deadlines, permits and tasks, all in one, modern platform. The platform for compliance is a vital product in the Encamp EHS Suite, enabling users to get almost real-time views of the entire compliance reporting schedule from all departments of the enterprise on a clean, aesthetic calendar that is in sync with the federal and state EHS databases to guarantee accuracy. The EHS company, Encamp plans to develop its platform this year, which will provide a much comprehensive look at applicable regulations and requirements for EHS reporting with companies of all sizes and industries.

From its launching in 2018, Encamp has become the largest third-party filer of EPCRA Tier II reporting in the country. They are, at present working with more than 170 customers that include international players such as American Tower Corporation, Nutrien Ag Solutions and Asmark Institute, keeping track of more than 10,000 compliance dates and managing more than 2,500 facilities across the country.
